Care/of Vitamins and Supplements Review

About a month ago I decided to give Care/of a try because it sounded like an interesting and convenient concept. I am not a huge fan of taking supplements to meet my nutritional needs, I try to include a wide variety of foods on a daily basis to meet my nutrient needs through food sources. I would rather consume my nutrients through foods to allow my body to not just obtain one single nutrient from a supplement but rather take advantage of the many nutrients that one single food can provide.

If you haven’t heard of it or seen it, Care/of is company that based on a quick assessment, recommends you specific vitamins and supplements. If you decide to subscribe, they will ship those recommended supplements in personalized daily individual packs every month to your door steps. All you have to do is grab a pack and go, no need to buy each individual supplement and separate them into little pill dispensers. Plus, every individual pack is personalized with your name and a nice quote for the day (as shown in the picture above), how cool is that?! They also have an awesome app in which you can manage what you take, set a reminder to take your supplements, customize your monthly box, and change or adjust your next shipment. Shipping is free with the subscription.

Some of the things that gave me confidence when choosing Care/of is that what they do is backed by science which is very important now days. Their board of advisors is made up of doctors, nutrition specialists, and health professionals.

My customized package included calcium, multivitamins, and probiotics. Everyone’s is different, but I can say that I biggest change I noticed is an improvement in my digestion, and regularity.

If you have been on the hunt for great supplements, but can’t choose from the many options out there, give Care/of a try. They help you choose supplements according to your needs in a super easy ways, it is definitely worth it. If you have tried it, what do you think about it? Let me know in the comments.

Here is a discount code so you can save $40 of your first month, ACGFAP.

I hope you love it as much as I do!,
